Terms of Service

  • PayPal only (Peru only: Yape/Plin)

  • Prices are in United States Dollars or Peruvian Nuevo Sol, no excemptions.

  • Refunds will be given based on artwork progress, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 75%

pAYMenTs

  • All payments are done via PayPal with due confirmation given. No artwork will be done until there's confirmation from both parts.

  • While it is encouraged to pay the complete price upfront, paying in half is also accepted.

  • Payment buys a slot in the queue, if there is any. Checking the Trello dashboard given in the Contact tab shows the current queue.

  • While prices are fixed, there may be pieces with high complexity which will be considered as "Custom" - *Custom piece prices are adjusted to specifications!

  • Refunds can be given after deadline is met, though a compensation piece will be offered first. *Starting a case with PayPal is under grounds of blacklisting

  • NO REFUNDS AFTER SKETCHES ARE MADE, customer will be asked through the process to approve WIP pieces before proceeding.

  • Refunds are only given if the order surpasses US$10.

  • Quality takes time, so patience is requested. Please do not spam contact channels with messages -I will be replying ASAP!

  • Deadlines are not established by default, but in case customer would require a specific time frame price might be adjusted to it.

  • If a deadline is met without the final piece being delivered, customer earns the right to request a free compensation piece in exchange for extra time. By default, said piece will be Sketch-Halfbody tier.
